About Anti-ds DNA Antibody, ELISA

The double stranded DNA antibody, ELISA test is a diagnostic test that detects the presence of autoantibodies in your blood. Autoantibodies are antibodies (proteins) that react with components of the body’s normal tissues and organs. Anti-ds DNA test helps in detecting and diagnosing systemic lupus erythematosus or SLE, a chronic inflammatory autoimmune condition. Positive result

Negative result
