Mr. Ravindra Kumar is the CEO of Lupin Diagnostics Limited (Formerly known as Lupin Healthcare Limited). With a proven track record of over 20 years, Mr. Kumar has over 14 years of core diagnostics healthcare industry experience. He is focused on delivering sustained growth, building high performing teams, business process optimization, quality first mindset and empathetic customer experience.
Prior to Lupin, Mr. Kumar was the COO & Director at Apollo Diagnostics and COO with Apollo Dialysis where he built the businesses from the ground and made them household brands. He had also been instrumental in building Dr Lal Path Labs as Head of Logistics and Retail Operations. He spent his early years in Operations roles, working across various industries including Financial Services, Logistics and Supply Chain, and Oil & Energy.
Mr. Kumar is an alumnus of St. Xavier College, Ranchi ,and holds a bachelor's degree in commerce. He is an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Delhi, and has earned a postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management from IMT, Ghaziabad.
Mrs. Manju Gupta

Mr. Nilesh D. Gupta

Mr. Nilesh Deshbandhu Gupta serves as Lupin’s Managing Director, a role he has held since 2013. He has played a significant role in Lupin’s growth as a research and development powerhouse, and has been the key driver of the company’s expanding manufacturing operations. His strategic vision has also led Lupin’s emergence as a global specialty player and an upcoming complex generics leader.
A chemical engineering graduate from the University Department of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, Mr. Gupta graduated with honours from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he specialised in healthcare, strategic management and finance.
He has been bestowed with the Entrepreneur of the Year honour at the Forbes India Leadership Awards in 2016, and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2015.
Mr. Rajeev Sibal
Director
Mr. Rajeev Sibal is the President, India business at Lupin. He is Director at Lupin healthcare limited. He is a veteran pharma professional with nearly three decades of industry experience.
Prior to joining the company, Sibal held leadership positions in Glenmark and Ranbaxy.
He holds graduate degrees in science and education from MD University along with advanced certifications in sales, marketing, finance, operations and strategy from Michigan State University, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
Mr. Sunil Makharia
Director & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sunil Makharia currently oversees the treasury, accounts, secretarial, investor services, insurance, payroll, internal audit, and other corporate functions at Lupin. He is Director and Chief Financial Officer at Lupin healthcare limited. A member of the core management team, he is a qualified chartered accountant with a degree in management studies.
During a career spanning over three decades, Makharia has handled various responsibilities in Finance and General Management, across sectors. He also serves on the board of many Lupin subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Lupin, he was associated with Grasim Industries, part of the Aditya Birla Group. Makharia is also associated with Lupin’s CSR activities and serves as a trustee of the Lupin Human Welfare & Research Foundation.
Mr. R. V. Satam

He is a Commerce graduate, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants and Bachelor of General Laws. Mr. Satam has about 38 years’ experience in secretarial, finance and accounts functions.
